I tried the LLL thing for a while, but when I finnished breast feeding I didn't really feel like I should go, I got it into my head that everyone would think I was a bad mom for stopping it. We've been living in our new home for about 4 months now and I still have yet to join any groups or attend any meetings. I lucked out, though. My next-door neighbour is a SAHM and she is very nice. We go for walks together and chat it up, which is very therapeutic since I don't get to hang out with my girlfriends much anymore. I’m glad you found a variety of things you can do with Sam. I go for the community aspect-- I have had 3 kids and "think" I know it all when it comes to bf-ing, but I always learn something new and am glad I went!
