Priceless
Removal of two 50 year old dead Ash trees, stumps ground, and removed from property: probably come in around $1875.

A three year old being entertained for the entire day in the comfort of our own living room: Priceless.

I totally want that window and window seat!!! I could see myself cuddled up with a good book there. Glad you got rid of the old trees and that it kept somebody so occupied!!!
Wow, great pictures! My son would have been enthralled with that too. Me with the bill, not so much. But I am sure you are happy to have them gone.
What a beautiful view! Ditto on the window seat comment.
Road crews have been tearing up our street and repaving. Despite being trapped in the driveway, having the mailbox knocked down again, and dealing with neighborly road rage, the process was educational for all of us. I never knew the foundation was so deep for a two lane street!
Best seat in the house!
Swooning over your window seat.
I love how Sam has all his cars parked. Sippy cup near. Looks like the best day, ever.
LOVE that curly hair! What a cutie! I didn’t notice the cars lined up until gretchen pointed it out. So cute!
We are going to do the same thing within the next month too! Kaelen is wired at the thought of guys shimmying up the tree to cut them down and then grind everything up. Hopefully the whole job will keep him as interested as Sam ….
LOVE that window seat!!
I love all the little trucks and vehicles lined up in the window. My son lines his up too.
Having cut done dozens of trees in our yard I am familiar with the cost. I don’t remember A being so amused when we had the last of them cut down last year… I’m glad Sam enjoyed himself!
Ooh fun! I thought you were going to say something about him running through the sprinkler in the yard was priceless… which is so great, because there is more priceless yet to come!
Nothing like a bay window and a curly haired cutie!
PS You’ve been bestowed with a wee blog award from me!
Thank you for cheering my days!

Who needs Bob the Builder on TV when you have such a wonderful view! Awesome!
He should come move in with us. Our house ia a veritable construction zone with people in and out finishing our basement and the cherry pickers and tractors working on the empty lot behind our house!
