Red - wings, lady bugs, and hearts
This mama woke up happy and ready to rock Halloween, but it seems at every turn I am thwarted. What a day! I won’t even go into it, but suffice it to say, I’m ready for bed. Can I go to bed? Like, now? What? I still have to do the whole trick-or-treating thing? Balls. Sorry. That’s the first word that came to mind. Tells you something about my mood, no? I mean, I’d like to think I’m not usually so vulgar.
Speaking of which, can someone please explain to me why I just received two issues of Maxim magazine addressed to me? I’m fairly certain I would not, under ANY circumstance, subscribe to Maxim. What kind of marketing genius came up with that one anyway - you send Maxim to a WOMAN? Talk about wasted resources.
I’m sure I’ll gear up for the big event tonight fairly soon. How can I not? I know many of you saw what Sam is going to be for Halloween, but I didn’t reveal until the comments on that post that Robby is going as a Lady Bug. How could I not be fidgety in anticipation, you know? He has a little hat:)
And by the way, I’ve already had a snickers and two reeses peanut butter cups so far today . . .

I must share that I am feeling the same listlessness and “balls” cursing feelings today. Only my day is without the reeces… Sigh. I want a reeces… and someone else to take over halloween.
