Time for a new Total Mom Theme

I think it’s time. I hope it’s time. I know we’re all super busy with the holidays, but I love this topic which was sent in by one of you. Ready?

December’s Total Mom Theme: Simplicity.

Won’t that be great to have in the forefront of our minds this month? I say yes!

Here’s how to participate:

Create a post in response to the theme, Simplicity, by Saturday, January 10th, 2009 (whoot - new year!). You can put up your response anytime between now and that date, and your post can be anything you want - a photo, an essay, poetry, fiction, video, music, or anything you can think of as you explore this new theme. Remember to have fun with it, be creative, and feel free to experiment with your ideas.

Please include somewhere in your post a link back to this post, this one, as in the one you are reading right now, so that your readers can come play when they see how much fun you’re having.

Once you’ve put up your post, please email me the link to it (not your blog, but the post itself. Just click on the title of your post before copying the link url).

I will also post my own response to the theme at some point during this time.

Within a few days after the deadline, I’ll compile the list of all participants and link to all of the posts so that everyone can go around and see what others did.

Please let me know if you have any questions and feel free to send me more ideas for new themes.

Have fun, and I can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with this time!

    great idea-
    this is on my mind right now as I am addressing christmas cards, shopping for christmas
    AND planning 2 birthday parties for my little guy
    NOTE TO SELF: if you have another one, and that’s a big ?… try not to have the baby born a week before Christmas :)
