Pumpkins, Books, Apples and Sunshine

Fall is my favorite. My absolute favorite. And today was a beautiful sunny day full of pumpkins and apples and golden leaves. We have apples, so many apples! We have pies to bake and pumpkins to carve. We have seeds to toast and seeds to plant (not pumpkins, but garlic).

And I just finished such a wonderful book, The Secret Life of Bees. How had I not read it before?

    Oh, I LOVED that book. I read it late, too. And I have never been able to watch the movie- liked the book too much to even try! We still have yet to make it to the pumpkin patch. Great pics!

    I am a big fan of fall too especially the pumpkin and apple part! Great pictures and it looks like a fantastic day was had by all. Happy Autumn!!

    great photos! I love fall too. every day I sip my cider, try to memorize the leaves and realize that this will all come to an end VERY Soon. It’s the best season and, am I wrong, or does it feel like one of the shortest?
