Dear Beth, your grandmom in law adored the Philadelphia Flower Show — she would have loved your great pictures! She played an important role in running it, and also competed. She looked forward to it every year. We were never surprised when she brought home many blue ribbons or Best in Show ribbons…she was such a great teacher and judge (flying all over the USA to do that) and loved to arrange flowers as well. The cool thing was she never spent tons of money on store bought fancy flowers–she used our own flowers from our back yard! A nice memory, for me. Thank you!
Wow. Just wow. I loved the flowers hanging in the glass and the table with all the ’stuff’ hanging down over it. And the cherry blossom tree. (Is that right?)
